Here's a strategy for farming this item fairly quickly, something you can do every day if you wanted:

- Pull a red slime as close to the mixing pool as possible
> The nearby ones can be placed right next to the hand-in spot

- Kill the slime and begin harvesting and handing in oil
> You should be able to gather 10+ units per slime

- Leech is summoned when the pool is red and full
> This trinket can scale past 171 if your item level is higher

I just got 184 version of that trinket with 185ilvl on my character.
It has +52 main stat and +79 leech

I have this trinket on my mage, what does Leech do? I normally associate that with warlocks. Is it part of Drain Life?
I'm considering replacing it with the Essence Extractor

just dropped today on my 195 demon hunter. 194ilvl with +57 main stat and +85 leech. very decent trinket if you want to stack leech.

For what it's worth, this item can proc Leech. At item level 194 it has 123 Leech, 5.86% from base. Something to consider if you need the constant healing for content, be it end game or solo for example.

Good news everyone! The Siphoning Blood Drinker is able to be looted once per day!

Also, if you want it kept up to date, it scales with your World Quest Rewards (Yes, even the new levels added) which means you can get one over ilvl210!
Any Leech classes, rejoice!

on my L58 rogue it's a 140 SBD w/45 leech

Just looted this at ilvl 223 and it rolled with +75 main stat, +100 leech; and +45 speed.
