The recipe for this is purchased from a faction called Affermati, which you will need to be honored with. The recipe requires alchemy 170 to learn.

To unlock this faction, you need to complete a chain of 13 short quests beginning with Abuso di potere, inside a crypt located at 71.4, 40.6 in Revendreth - right near the Halls of Atonement flight path.

As far as I am aware, there are no prerequisites to this quest and you can even complete it while leveling an alt using Threads of Fate. This faction is NOT exclusive to the Venthyr covenant.

For anyone that wants to drop this transmute directly on their action bars (useful for alts when you login just to do this) copy/paste this into chat in the game, hit enter, then drag the icon onto your bars somewhere.

Does anyone know if this is affected by Transmutation Master? (It hasn't applied to the last few expansions, but one can hope.)

Edit: After a month of daily Shadestone transmutes, I have not seen this proc, so I think it's safe to assume that Transmutation Master does not apply.

Anyone know of a macro to create the mats for these. Like 1 button push to create the 2 ground materials of each different mat.

Why would anyone, who is not permanently employed making flasks for their (rather large and herbalist intensive) raiding guild ever want to create these? The trinket that can be made from them is a rather poor attempt at humor.
