This wardrobe appears mid-level in the tower during Ember Court. It's basically a transmogrifier with no charge. I am unsure if the effects continue after leaving Ember Court.

The best thing about the Bewitched Wardrobe is that the transmogrifying with it is completely free. You can use it any time you are in the Ember Court scenario (like during the After Party to not waste your preparation time for just deciding your clothing for the week).

Though the Wardrobe seems to be slightly bugged for some players (or for all?): It isn't letting you scroll though your appearance collection pages without kicking you almost instantly back to the page 1 on whatever category you were browsing. At the moment it's only barely functional if you don't have an already saved outfit you wanna apply.

I had to leave the scenario before seeing anything related to this.

In the tower where you start there is a vendor Dama Rovinette who sells clothes. I'm "guessing" that the next time I do this scenario I will see a wardrobe.
