In case you're wondering how to get this one, as it's not mentionned clearly. It's the item you need to upgrade your cloak to lvl 6. All you have to do is cleaning a "bonus area" in visions, and then the item "Fear and Flesh'" will appear in the chest of the bonus area.

You must clear one Corrupted Area (Stormwind: The Dwarven District or Trade District ; Orgrimmar: The Drag or The Valley of Spirits) in order to receive this.

Can you get 2 in one run by clearing 2 corrupted areas?
Also, will you still get these form the side chests even if you don't kill Thrall or Alleria and get the big chest?

Because it isn't actually stated anywhere, the book isn't a pick up on the map but something in the chest once you complete the scenario.

Don't do what I did and run around in a panic because you cannot figure out where to loot the item from.

You cannot loot the item in the vision, and even when the quest is "completed" it will show as a "1" on the map suggesting you need to do something, all you need to do is loot the book but you cannot loot the book until you have exited the vision. You do not need to kill Alleria or Thrall, you just need to be sure you have completed the "bonus objective" (it will come up in the quest tracking window when you enter the area).

Most people do not understand this as they will have never done a "bonus area" before, if you complete a "bonus area" when you exist the vision you get an extra chest, and within the "bonus area" chest will be this item to upgrade your cloak.
