Note that the Unsullied Cloak, Unsullied Necklace, Unsullied Relic, Unsullied Ring and Unsullied Trinket are not class specific unlike the remaining Unsullied legion items. They can be sent to and used by any of your level 110 alts irrespective of class.

You can use two of the trinkets these items produce on the same character. It's not a one-trinket-per-spec thing.

While the varieties of trinket it produces are unique equip, so you might get unlucky & have the same variety proc twice, generally you'll get different spec-appropriate trinkets which can both be equipped at the same time.

For example my affliction warlock got 880 epic versions of Statuetta di Triade Venerabile and Ametista della Concentrazione di Eredath, and equipped both at once.
