I got this out of a Scum Covered Bag from the Carrion Worms in EP. (not listed here presently as a drop location)
I think they have changed/added places where this drops from along with everything else in this patch :)

i got 1 of these parachute schematics while farming archmages for the crusader recipe and tyr's hand i dont remeber which mob dropped it but im feeling really luck right about now

Don't listen to your wowhead or appraiser addon. Just sold the pattern in AH for 650g in about two hours. The buyout price is severely undercutting such a low drop pattern that makes such a popular back.

This just dropped for me from Ancient Treasure in Uldaman, I am currently farming something else that still hasn't dropped, it was around my 25th run and is the first time I've seen it so far.

Found this pattern by killing a shadowforge tunneler in the badlands (down at hammertoe's digsite) on my Draenai monk. I was playing on the server argent dawn when i found it :)

While doing my endless Uldaman runs, this pattern dropped from a Trogg near the Lost Dwarves, possibly an Oracle. I was pleased to have a sellable pattern, continued on, and when I reached the Ancient Treasure (chest at the end), I opened it to find... 2 more Parachute Cloak patterns. 3 in one run. 22 Jan 2019 Windrunner Server.

My engineer is at skill level 245 with no red text in the tool tip but gets the error "Your level is too low to use that item" when trying to learn this schematic.
