While in the stands: Pull as many mobs as you can, until you get tossed back into the arena.

For undergeared/new tanks, this will get you killed in heroic. Pull slowly, prioritize the key adds.

Thank you. I think far too often for myself included at times we hesitate to tank, because groups can't find the patience for a tank to learn the fight, even if it's simple.
