*You will need the following spells from your druid trainer in order to complete this task: Remove Curse, Abolish Poison, Tranquility, and Hurricane

1. Head to Ferales and speak with Tyrisius
-He's a NIght Elf NPC located in a structure at the far South end of Ferales due South from Dire Maul.
-Climb up the large ramp and then hug the right side and keep an eye out for Tyrisius inside the first tower.
-Pickup the quest Wisdom of the Guardians

2a. Find the Shrine of Feralas
-Located at the intersection where the main road meets the road towards Dire Maul.
-Northwest corner of the intersection has a hill, the Shrine is on top of the hill.
-Click the shrine to receive a buff called Duty of the Warden

2b. Head to the small plateau just south of the road from the Shrine of Ferales.
-Combat a Gordunni Warlock (Ogre) until it casts Shrink on you.
-Use spell "Remove Curse" to remove the curse.
-Your buff will now say "You have cast out what corrupts the spirit."

2c. Head to the Writhing Deeps at the South end of Ferales due south from Camp Mojache.
-Combat a Zukkash Wasp until it casts Poison on you.
-Use spell "Abolish Poison" to remove the poison.
-Your buff should now say "Your duty is fulfilled."

2d. Head back to the Shrine of Ferales
-As you approach, a Treant Avatar (level 50 non-elite) will appear and attack you.
-Defeat the Treant Avatar and the spirit of Blightbark will appear and give you his blessing.

3a. Head to Azshara and find the Shrine of the Beast
-Located on top of a plateau on the Northwestern edge of Ruins of Eldarath.
-Interact with the shrine and it will tell you "Hunt the white stag with tooth and claw."

3b. Head Northwest a short distance to a small valley (oval-shaped mark on map near Ruins of Eldarath) where the White Stag paces back and forth.
-Defeat the White Stage using physical attacks in feral form.
-White Stag is immune to magic.
-Defeated White Stag will drop Sacred Stag Heart

3c. Return to Shrine of the Beast and use Sacred Stag heart to offer it to the shrine.
-Hyppogryph Avatar (level 50 non-elite) will appear and attack you.
-Defeat Hyppogryph Avatar and the spirit of Whisperwing will appear and give you her blessing.

4a. Head to The Hinterlands
-To reach this area, there is a pathway through the mountains in Hillsbrad Foothills, North of Durnholde Keep.
-Northeast of the main road to the North of Jintha'Alor you will find a tall hill.
-On top of the tall hill is the Shrine of the Moon.

4b. Interact with Shrine of the Moon and it will tell you "The calm comes before the storm."
-Cast the spells Tranquility followed by Hurricane.
-Moonkin Avatar (level 50 non-elite) will appear and attack you.
-Defeat Moonkin Avatar and the spirit of Sagefeather will appear and give you her blessing.

5. Return to Tyrisius in Feralas.
-Turn in the quest to receive Rune of Efflorescence and Seed of Renewal

I feel I must add something. I had completed the first step of cleansing a curse and poison off of myself in feralas. I went to click the shrine but an ally (i'm horde) druid clicked the shrine at the same time and only one treant spawned. He was able to complete the quest whereas I had to start over and recleanse the debuffs.

Hopefully this helps someone.

This is a great guide by ManBearCow but a few notes and coords I wanted to add (too long for a reply):

Shrine of Feralas, Desolace - approx 58, 52
The ogre spot mentioned in the guide is a good call (about 59, 56) but also not guaranteed to have a warlock. If there are none up, you may have to go down the hill into the camp. If you're 50, try not to kill them before they get shrink cast on you.
Zukash Wasps are approx 74, 62 and around there above ground and under. Again, be careful of not killing them before the poison if you're 50.
WHEN YOU GO BACK TO THE SHRINE: As OdinPlays' comment notes, beware of an alliance doing this at the same time (or right before) you do as it can bug and not give you credit. I read his comment and was cautious but still got close enough that when it spawned for me afterward, I did not get credit. Had to start over.
Another thing to be careful of here is there can be a cloud serpent (vile screecher) patting and it silences.
When completed, I did not get a blessing as stated. Not sure if this has changed since the guide was created but I was able to get quest credit and move on.

Shrine of the Beast, Azshara - approx 34, 49
(Do not drop down into the Ruins. If you do, you have to take the road south to get out.)
Actual name of stag - Child of Apa'ro. Pat goes from approx 42, 38 to 43, 28. As noted in the guide, no magic damage. I had a lock friend help with Felguard.
Again, when I went back, I got quest credit but no blessing.

Shrine of the Moon, Hinterlands (and Moonkin Avatar) - 66,53
This one is fairly straightforward but similarly to Feralas, there can be another moonkin mob patting up here. Nothing hard to kill, just something to be aware of.

In the end, got no blessings but all quest credit but was able to turn in.
