So the wording is weird. Chance on successful heal. Does that mean both parties benefit or only heals on myself that actually heal trigger it?

IE If I'm casting renew on someone and it heals them do I trigger the buff on myself and does it also go on the person who got healed?

- The proc is called Revitalizing Waters
- it does not proc on overhealing
- there might be a 1 min cd. i proc'd 4x on a 5 min fight keeping efloresence up on the mele group.
This trinket feels like a waste of Gold. I restored 24 energy/8 rage to each member of our mele group.

For druids, this item does not seem to trigger from Efflorescence. Every other heal in the kit (Wild Growth, Lifebloom, Rejuvenation, Regrowth, Nourish, Healing Touch) can proc it.

HoTs require the target to be below max health for the proc to trigger, while direct heals can always trigger it regardless target's HP.

The proc cooldown seems to be 1 second or lower since I've got it to trigger from consecutive Lifebloom ticks.

Can anyone tell me if this procs off of Judgement of Light? IE, a paladin casts, and a rogue or warrior slaps it and gets rage off the heal?

This card does NOT proc on hots when target has full hp, basically worthless.

I tested it, and it does not work with judgement of light, seal of light, trolls elixirs, anything of the sort. Only working with flash of light and holy light atm.
