For those looking to craft this set for transmogrification, you'll need the services of a tailor of 360-380 skill and the following materials to make all of the green-quality items (the blues have the same skin):

30 Bolt of Frostweave (which is made from 150 Frostweave Cloth)
8 Eternium Thread

Personally I think the cowl looks stupid, and if you do too you can drop 5 bolts (25 cloth) and one thread from the total. My gnome engineer uses the Bio-Optic Killshades model for the head slot.

Anyone know of a armor type chestpiece that fits with this (i love the pants and i want to do a pants + top/jacket kinda look.)

This set (aside from the bracers) uses the Purple variant of the "Northrend B1 Robe" artwork, and forms a complete seven-piece set of that art.

While there are "Frostwoven" head and shoulder pieces, they've been omitted from this page because they use unrelated artwork for some reason (they use the Purple and Blue variants (respectively) of the "Northrend B2 Robe" artwork, perhaps due to a typo). However, fortunately properly matched pieces are available, and listed above..

The bracers listed for this set actually use the brown colour of the artwork. Oddly, there actually isn't any art for a purple version of the bracers in the artwork database. It looks like it was accidentally omitted and I've reported it as a bug. While bracers are usually hidden and don't matter much it appears they do matter for this set. As you can see in the above image, there's a mismatched brown band where the bracers are. For now I'd recommend finding something subtle, or the same shade, that wouldn't be obvious.

It's also worth noting that the listed robes use two different models: Indigo Robe of Replenishment uses a short-sleeved version, while the other two are long sleeved.
