A possible Best in Slot item for Combat Rogues and Enhancement Shamans if you are unable to aquire Deathing Heroic items or the Legendary Daggers.

All in all a terrible weapons for enhancement Shamans.
If hitting the soft expertise cap isn't a problem for you, No'Kaled normal is a better weapon, both mainhand and offhand.

Poor itemization on blizzards part with this one. I'm pretty sure the RF No'kaled is better than this for both combat rogues and enhancement shamans since this isn't listed anywhere on the top 5 BiS weapons for either. I had two heroic No'kaleds within the first 3 H madness kills I did like 4 months ago. In fact two dropped in a 10m reg kill I did on an alt the other night... And both were disenchanted. If you raid weekly you should have no issue getting a better weapon than this.
