Nice healer mace for classes whose Mastery is worth stacking. Great item for gearing a healer alt, or making money off folks who are. Hopefully Chaos Orbs will become unbound in 4.2 so I can funnel mats to my blacksmith.

Its just nice to see a damn healer mace that I can upgrade to right away. Nothing ever dropped for my poor paladin healer (Cho'gall and Nef being really the only ones to drop something for me) and the BoE sword cane was always expensive.

Something to get right away since all that ever dropped for intellect weapons were f**king daggers.

I think this mace is better than Masterwork Elementium Spellblade for Balance druids. It has spirit which means hit rating + mana regen and mastery which, in my opinion, is better than crit. Plus you can use it for offspec resto. Give me your opinions :).
(I would link the dagger but couldn't make it work)..

This is the best easily accessible healing weapon going at the moment. Upgrades can be obtained from Heroic Nefarian in BWD and of course the Cache of the Firelord, if you've got Firelands done.

There is also a chance that you can get lucky with the RNG in Firelands and see Chelleys scalpel drop, but good luck with that, random number generator is very random.

Wrong. Spirit to hit works for treants, and shadowfiends.

upgrading from Andoros, Fist of the Dragon King you gain:

+13 stamina
+9 intellect
+6 spirit
+112 spell power
+6 mastery

for those making the larger jump from Amani Scepter of Rites you gain:

+25 stamina
+17 intellect
+11 spirit
+218 spell power
+11 mastery

I would like to point out that this is probably a better weapon for an elemental shaman to dps with than Masterwork Elementium Spellblade seeing as with the elemental precision talent, the spirit is turned into exactly as much hit as the dagger has, plus mastery is a hell of a lot better for elemental than crit rating.

Unless I somehow missed it before, they seem to have reskinned the model a little in 4.3, not 100% how much of the texture changed without a side by side comparison but the obvious thing is the gem-like glowing parts went from orange to green.
