Perfectly itemized for a 2H Frost DK... rather mediocre for a DW Frost DK (haste is useless and worst stat for DW Frost DK). I'm trying it out, despite the haste issue on my DW Frost DK, the 60 extra strength over my previous cloak seemed worth the trade-off (and I reforged as much haste off as I could).

This is incorrect. As of 4.1, the stat priorities for DW and 2H Frost are exactly the same.

Also fairly good for plate tanks, comparable to the BoE Spiritguard Drape due to the mastery.

Plus it looks infinitely better.

The point is of course moot to most with the Wrap of the Great Turtle and Mantle of Patience so easily available, but until 4.3, I am wearing this on my tanks when running Zandalari's because it looks nice! ^.~

Not for Firelands obviously because that is actually vaguely difficult and the extra stats on my Avenger's rep cloak are needed. ^_^

FYI, I know the Mantle of Patience is better than the Avenger's cloak, but I picked the DPS ones on my character 'cause that's their mainspecs.
