Found one from Mirelow. Easy kill, and I killed him two more times, and got it once more. Sold them, and they sold quickly. This is a great green to farm for some quick cash, if you have the time.

This tunic, and and the matching set, is the perfect clothing should you ever want to create a sports dress for some team event such as the WOW equivalent of football or baseball.

This Shimmering set is green, and the matching blue uniform of the Sage's set allows you you to pitch two teams against each other.

There even is a red combination of clothes. However, these do not belong to a single set but are made up of individual items – and the red team would have to belong to Alliance engineers exclusively since the tunic comes from an Alliance-only quest while the Goblin Rocket boots are only available to engineers.

So, get ready for a nice and civilized sporting event in the World of Warcraft. Ahem. Civilized. Right. What about battlegrounds fought in this sports dress? Or imagine an Arena battle of opponents clad in such a uniform each.

Edit: I wasn't able to find better trousers for the red set than the Astralaan Pants, but Nobodygirl came up with a brilliant suggestion. The idea to include the X-52 Pilot's Leggings was hers and hers alone.

This and the Shimmering Robe of Stamina grant the most stamina out of any cloth chests from level 20 to level 24. At level 24, you can replace this with Ivycloth Robe/Ivycloth Tunic of Stamina (+11) for a superior option.

Stacking stamina at level 20 may seem like an odd idea, but since that's when you learn Ritual of Summoning Ritual of Summoning, you may find any extra health beneficial for survival if you are tasked with summoning players to treacherous, high level locations.

When it comes to Intellect and Spirit, you can choose the Necrology Robes or Corsair's Overshirt respectively as superior options.

The +14 Spell damage versions of this chest grant the most amount of spell damage to Shadow, Frost and Arcane schools of magic from level 20 to level 26. At level 26, you can replace this with Watcher's Jerkin/Watcher's Robes of Shadow/Frost/Arcane Wrath (+16) for a superior option.

Better options for regular leveling are versions with the suffix of the Eagle, or Necrology Robes, Black Velvet Robes, Corsair's Overshirt or Tree Bark Jacket. Note, that most of the Rare options are BoEs, which make them particularily expensive. The green Shimmering Armor is an excellent choice for a budget leveler.
