As a resto druid this is the best OH to pair your Trauma with.
The other offhand coming from ICC 25 is Shadow Silk Spindle which would be better used in the hands of a dps or non resto druid healer.
It all comes to crit VS spirit that are rather minor stats for us and the fact that spirit is a bad/useless stat for many specs.

TLDR Get this for the greater good of your raid.

PS crit becomes way less valuable when you break the t9 bonus.

The only good Offhand I can find for a Healer in the game. Wish they'd make more, so many Maces I've had to pass on because these are so rare.

If you're looking at this OH for transmog, an easier alternative is Feticcio degli Dei Primordiali which has slightly bolder colors (red instead of orange, black instead of gray) and can be purchased in Shattrath for 182 Justice Points.

I opted for that since I sharded my old Sundial when Cata hit. :'(
