I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

As of this post I have noticed the Glyph of Ghost Wolf is not increasing the healing done. Still 1% as the base spell indicates :(

The mystery has finally been solved. Ghost Wolf now regenerates 1% of your maximum health every five seconds:

"Increases movement speed by 40% and regenerates 1% of your maximum health every 5 sec."

This glyph doubles the health regeneration.

Actually, the tooltip only changes to the above text after the glyph has been applied. Normally, Ghost Wolf does not regen any extra heath.

In Cata, this is a glyph that increases the GW speed to 5%; but Ghost Wolf itself has been reduced from 40% speed to 30%, meaning it doesn't even equal out to it's old speed; you'll be slower no matter what.

That said... Ghost Wolf has been given a buff that makes up for the speed reduction: it can be cast indoors. Is the extra 5% worth it? It will depend on how much we use it in Cata. If it's the spell I will always need to kite players in PvP or run away from boss AoEs in PvE, then 5% is quite a bit. But it really does depend on how highly you value your wolf form.

Me? I love it, and will probably use it unless there's a glyph that I absolutely need to replace it with.

Does this stack with AS? I know AS says it doesn't stack, but what if you accidentally use this glyph? Are glyphs still permanent?

Down rate me if you think I'm stupid, I just haven't played for, like a year at the least, and am merely curious. If that makes my comment poor or redundant, then I guess I'll ask somewhere else next time.

The important question here is: Does the 5% add to your moment AFTER you've been slowed? IE Do you run with 100% or 105% movement while slowed?
This question would've been silly with the old wording of Ghost Wolf, saying that you couldn't be slowed down below normal running speed, however this has been changed, I think due to the introduction of mechanics like Glyph of Concussive Shot

So, I found a random hunter in Durotar, made him take off his boots (they had movement speed) and told him to spam wingclip on me like a maniac. After running from one end of our duel-flag "zone" to the other, I found that he could in fact keep up with me. He didn't catch up, nor' did he fall behind.
Can anyone confirm my findings?

If this is correct, then it makes this glyph close to useless, as ghost wolf's main purpose is to ignore slowing effects while "pillar humping" in arena or battlegrounds.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Ghost Wolf - Your Ghost Wolf form grants an additional 5% movement speed.
NEW: Glyph of Ghost Wolf - While in Ghost Wolf form, you are less hindered by effects that would reduce movement speed.

"Less hindered" means that with this glyph you can not be brought below 100% movement speed while in Ghost Wolf form. This used to be part of the actual Ghost Wolf spell. Now that GW is baseline instant, the "less hindered" portion was removed and added into this glyph.
