Interesting cloak... Great defensive bonuses. Odd mix of stam and strength for a tanking item. Very nice threat and mitigation piece for a protadin or a prot warrior.

Currently the only cloak in WOTLK with more then 30 def. rating while not also having hit/expertise.

This is the only cloak in WotLK that has block rating on it, so if you're looking to hit the block cap quickly or to trivialise AoE content, this is the best and only option.

A very nice threat item for prot warriors and paladins, since all the available cloaks now grant avoidance for the most.

No one really mentioned this, but does the cloak drop in both 10-man and 25-man versions of Naxx, or just 25-man? I am assuming that with a 213 iLevel it drops from 25-man only.

Very close! All the non-Kel'Thuzad drops in the 10-man are ilvl 200, and in the 25-man are ilvl 213. All the Kel'Thuzad drops in the 10-man are ilvl 213 and in the 25-man are ilvl 226.
