I, personally, had the Engineer's gun and traded it for this bow, as it dropped for me today in Halls of Stone.

First off - I love bows, I use guns and used guns a long time while 70, and the sound drives me nuts! Try sitting at the pc for four hours hearing BAM BAM BAM and you'll know what I mean....

Secondly - The 2.7 speed was adequate to my style of playing, and as i'm an overpowered beastmaster :) I don't really need those 34 AP, so I'd rather sacrifice them for one of the reasons mentioned above!

Of course I'm aiming at the naxxramas bow as an ultimate goal for my uber bow quest :P

(At least until I can beat the crap out of Arthas)

To all the bow lovers out there... this is an easy catch.

I found this in a titanium lockbox that dropped off a gryphon rider in Icecrown while I was doing my Ebon Blade dailies. Seems like it could be a useful upgrade for hunter types that are still using the S2 epic gun/bow/crossbow, and the extra hit rating looks good, too.

I just picked up this bow from the AH for 45 gold, why? Transmorfiguration that's why, this is one nice looking bow.

I'm a tauren hunter and the larger size will fit well. Stats wise not that wonderful, but within it's level range, there are many worse ranged weapons out there.

With a nice high end enchant the added glow effect should suit it well. Once again the larger model size should, hopefully, not engulf the weapon.

Hunter or not, if you see it cheap on the AH, buy it. Sit on it for at least two months then sell as a transmog item. It's critical to advertise it as such on the trade channel and link it to wowhead in-game (yes this is possible, wowhead has an easy guide on how to do it).

I assure you there will be others who will like it's model and as there is only one other bow with the same look thus increasing the transmogrify value of it; make sure you mention this when advertising.

Once transmorg is more established start high, between 500-600 gold, sell only on weekends, and only for 12 hour blocks, weapons and armor are expensive to post. Don't spam your advertising, put the same ad up twice and do the same every 1-2 hours.

NOTE: Sorry for the AH selling tactics, I hate making a post without useful information. The tactics I have outlined above will work for any similar item.

This is a pretty good bow, im surprised its worth so much though, 3 have dropped off of random mobs this week for me.
