If you have Serpent-Coil Braid

/equipslot 14 4 1
/use mana gem

Click the above macro TWICE out of combat
1) gives you 25 % more mana,
2) equips your original trinket.

If you have 2 pc T7

/equip 4 2
/equip 4 3
/use mana gem

If you have both,

/equipslot 14 4 1
/equip 4 2
/equip 4 3
/use mana gem

14 = second trinket slot
4 1 = last bag, first slot

Put Serpent-Coil Braid in 1st slot of your last bag, 2 pc T7 in your 2nd and 3rd slot.

A mana gem has three charges, you get 2 minute CD after using one. In a boss fight you can use all the three charges but the spell "Conjure Mana Gem" does not delete an old gem with 1 or 2 charges left. Here is a macro to delete the old gem and conjure a new one with three charges before a boss fight.
