Potentially a good money-maker if you can get the right armor piece. Only problem is that you can't get the Caches after you're Honored with Lower City.

first time I did it for my alt lock I got the windstalker's footwraps of the mind, which is a blue. They look badass when combined with the Leggings of Concentrated Darkness and so far they are really good stat wise.

level 63 req, looking at them now i am a warrior 67, would use but got better turned in 30 arakkoa feathers hope this helps if you want a pair

Picked up a lvl 63 green, 1 Super Healing Potion, and 1 Scroll of Spirit V.

Openned 4 bags --- got 2 rare boots & 2 uncommon items + potions & scrolls. The plate boots I received (ravenguard boots of the battle) go nicely on my 66 warrior. Definitely worth turning in a few feathers!

I've done this a few times. I got 1 healing pot, one scroll and one green or blue item each time. The blue item was a great cloth boots drop that had int, spell crit anda ton of spell dmg. Very nice.

Yeah I got some cloth boots that were blue, along with some blue plate boots. Pretty nice drops for only being lvl 63.
