This robe uses different artwork to the rest of the "Bloodwoven" pieces and so isn't listed on the relevant transmog page. A bit of info on what it's related to...

This robe uses the red-orange (officially "Red") variant of the "Horde B4 Robe" artwork. Cindercloth Robe is identical in appearance.

That artwork set also has art for bracers, belt and boots (and technically leggings which are used for the skirt half of the robe), but as far as I can tell none of them are available in the game.

There are four other colour variants of this robe in the artwork database. All have the same chocolate brown shell, but with different coloured panels. At least two are available in the game, see:

Brown-green (officially "Dark"): Opulent Robes
Orange: Funeral Pyre Vestment and Geomancer's Wraps
Purple: no longer available, Acumen Robes used this colour
Green: not available. I'm not sure if it was ever used
