Imo, the looks shouldn't be so bad if you uncheck the display helm option.
Back to what really matters, what part of this set should be removed for more preffered item?
In my opinion, for the destruction spec, the chest looks weakest, depending on the stats of other chest pieces that may drop. Any other opinions on this?

Makes me think of an executioner, in a way. Looks like something more along the lines of a melee class, but that's probably because the chest never loads.

Very good "evil caster" set, but... Mages got the helm we should have gotten. I mean, c'mon, mages conjure up cupcakes and can send friends to cities as acts of kindness to calm their insecurity about their usefulness to a group. Warlocks eat souls and then bake cookies out of them, and the rez we have is just an insureance to get the first rez when the scrubs stand in the fire. Warlocks adorn their armor in skulls, mages just throw on some flashy affects because they're attention ******.

21 comments but nobody mentions how awful the 4set is? Fel flame is our "USE WHILE MOVING" spell that crits for no more than 6k (with high spell power). Even if the proc chance was 100% it wouldn't be a worthwhile talent. I really hope they change it to something even semi useful.

Horrendous 4pc, don't even consider it. The 2pc is pretty decent though, considering we're not likely to reach haste levels this tier that push Haunt/HoG/CB under the GCD, so the cast speed reduction won't be wasted.

In my opinion the set is definitely not the best.
The head-piece looks like an up-side-down paper bag with a fish hook stuck through it (Thank god for the ability to hide your helmet)
~~and the "(4) Set" is not that good at all~~
Edit: The (4) Set is better than what it used to be.

I can say that by aspect the rare cloth items bought with JP wich resemble a look alike set is better looking than this.

I'm surprised that no one has looked at this set yet and truely figured out what its suppost to be.

If you step into an area that the Twilight Hammer had put a camp in (such as The Twilight Citadel), you will notice that the building are mostly twilight colored rags hanging on a frame with some twisted obsidian as the main structure.

Looks quite a bit like the Twilight Hammer's design eh?

Looks like Warlocks get another "ICC" set (where as the ICC sets were created to create something so that the adventurers could "blend in" within the citadel).

I really like it. I think it looks perfectly demonic.... and asymmetric hood rocks. Agree with Hoarfire, it matches Twilights style.

I prefer the bluehish tone of the normal to the redish heroic...

Hmm! More Scarecrow less Batman I would say... And even so after looking at the helm a bit I think it looks more like a drunk or high on drugs Scarecrow... Either that or whoever designed it was drunk/high at that time!

The 2 piece bonus isn't very nice looking to a destruction specced warlock. With us only using fire spells because of our mastery system, i took out chaos bolt from my rotation, and yes Hand of gul' dan is a fire move, only Demonology warlocks know it. It should be like "reduces cast time of chaos bolt, hand of guldan, haunts, and incinerate"

uhmm... You got a hard time, droping, collection valor point and everything.. you reach the 4 set item... Woaaa, your fel flame rarely is less useless than it actually is... What a great thing...?

Let's face it, it's awful, I tried to find something positive to say here but no way to make it anything other than awful. The set bonus basically sucks, i guess the 2 set is ok'ish, but the 4 set, compared to other classes, sucks so bad, fel flame is a useless spell that nobody uses. Not happy Blizz, what have you done to locks :(

Changed into a way more usefull feat now.

Warlock T11 4P Bonus
Periodic damage from your Immolate and Unstable Affliction spells has a 2% chance to cause your 2 next Fel Flame spells to deal 300% increased damage.

Now it's actually worth the while stopping up and throwing those damn Fel Flames.

Also, another notesworthy thing:

Moop: When Fel Spark procs (4-set T11), it's possible to cast an enhanced Fel Flame 3 times, instead of 2, depending on your Haste and distance from the target. The buff is consumed when the spell lands, not when it's cast.

Here is a quick reference sheet to give you all the ways to get the items on one page:

1.) Shadowflame Mantle is sold by Faldren Tillsdale and Jamus'Vaz for one Mantle of the Forlorn Conqueror, which drops from Cho'gall in The Bastion of Twilight.

2.) The Shadowflame Robes are sold by Faldren Tillsdale and Jamus'Vaz for 2200 Valor Points (gained from daily heroics and raid bosses).

3.) Shadowflame Leggings are sold by Faldren Tillsdale and Jamus'Vaz for 2200 Valor Points, BUT they are are also a rare drop from The Pit Lord Argaloth (4% drop chance).

4.) Shadowflame Hood is sold by Faldren Tillsdale and Jamus'Vaz for one Helm of the Forlorn Conqueror, which drops from Nefarian in Blackwing Descent.

5.) Shadowflame Handwraps are sold by Faldren Tillsdale and Jamus'Vaz for 1650 Valor Points, and it also can drop from The Pit Lord Argaloth (4% drop chance).

i would like to point out the 4 piece that is kinda disappointing is kinda good to. i use fel flame to refresh my immolate because its instant and i would rather use that then have to spend cast time, that way i can get back to my main damage spells. thats just me.
