The cloaks cost 1200g and appear to require at least honored reputation with your guild to purchase, in addition to your guild reaching level 10.

I bought a cloak to send to my 41 rogue and it has 10 armor. Does my alt need to be honored with the guild to get it to scale up or do they just suck?

Probably the best enchants for these heirloom cloaks:
Enchant Cloak - Superior Defense + 70 armor
Enchant Cloak - Dodge + 12 Dodge (this is the harder to find Ahn'Qiraj version, not the Lower City Exalted version which requires ilvl 35)
Enchant Cloak - Lesser Agility + 3 Agility
Enchant Cloak - Stealth from Ahn'Qiraj or
Enchant Cloak - Stealth from Cenarion Expedition Exalted
No good enchants for the caster cloak :(

So, if I have one toon in a guild that's level 10, and another that's not in that guild, would the Cloak work for that alt? Or does the toon the item is on have to be in the guild, for it to work?

I'm just curious how much of a pain in the ass I have to be with my mass transit of alts that I'll eventually get around to leveling, maybe once i have all the heirlooms. XD

I think buying these thing from the guild is great but @ those prices it should have some kind founction after all they do take money from you ingame my take (Maffia yes they are )
