Lady Blaumeux is one of the Four Horsemen (the final encounter in the Deathknight Wing of Naxxramas).

Her and Sir Zeliek are most likely the last two of the Four Horsemen that your guild will end up taking down as they are the hardest to DPS (position wise).

Lady Blaumeux deals moderate physical damage to your tank, but also drops a Void Zone every 12 seconds. The void zone deals 3500-4000 damage every 1second that a player is standing inside of it, and it also stays active for ~90 seconds. She will cast this under any player that is within 45 yards of her (including the tank) so players must be ready to move every 12 seconds (or when your mod tells you a void zone is incoming). The damage from the Void Zone is shadow damage, so it can be resisted from some Shadow Reisistance, or it can be absorbed (partially) by a Greater Shadow Protection Potion (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=13459).

The Four Horsemen could possibly be a reference to the old WCW stable "The IV Horsemen", though this may not be true.

just as a fun fact the four horseman is obviously a reference to the four horseman of the apocalypse, she is most likely based off the third rider, the Black rider famine.

The Four Horsemen are originally an allusion of the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse - Biblical characters that appear in Chapter 6 of the Book of Revelation. The Four Horsemen are named Pestilence, War, Famine and Death, and their respective horses have a specific color - White, Red, Black and Pale/Green.

Lady Balumeux is presumably Famine. Baron Rivendare took the position of Highlord Mograine as War, so Lady Blaumeux has to remain Famine, even though her taunts and yells lean more towards War.

Sometimes she can bug and melee attack a player, it's best to be safe and have a tank closest when melee are hitting her

Anyone happen to have script for the stuff she says? I managed to find scripts for almost every boss in Naxxramas, including 3 other Horsemen, but cant seem to be able to find working ones for Blaumeux.

Judging by the comments Lady Blaumeux doesn't seem to be a particular RP favorite, but in case anyone is interested you can actually get armor that looks quite a bit like what she's wearing.

For mogging, I think your best bet is to hit up pieces of the Saltstone Plate, including chest, legs, belt, gloves and boots (many of these have lookalike pieces that will be easier to get). Her chest, head, shoulders and cape are unfortunately unique. Chest is nearly identical to Saltstone Surcoat (I'm currently looking for a slightly better fit because I feel like there should be one out there. If you're gonna be pulling some rule 63 nonsense, this will be perfect for you.) Best thing I've found for shoulders is Balanced Pauldrons although it's a bit dark. Field Plate Pauldrons are better for color, though they don't match her model as closely.

As for head, I'd highly recommend just setting your helmet off and breaking out your favorite DK hairstyle. In one artist's interpretation that I saw, he gave her straight white/gray hair that I think looks fantastic. If you really feel like you just can't stand to look at your character's face, Ornate Saronite Skullshield looks somewhat close to what she's wearing. You can probably just grab any 'ol blue cape to go with this but Sage's Cloak would look really nice.

Her weapon Hatchet of Sundered Bone is no longer available in game, but a Savage Axe isn't a terrible substitute. For 2H, I think Grimm's Cigar Cutter is pretty good, it's got the nice ornate detail on the head that looks kind of like her weapon. Keep your fingers crossed that they fix the horrible skin on that in Mists. And of course, Death Striker is a solid choice no matter what you're doing.

Finish this off by grabbing Deathcharger's Reins and you should be lookin fly.

Her long-lived void zones and outright refusal to MOVE make her a bit of a pain for melee classes to solo. Just circle around her, but once you've made a lap, the zones start stacking on one other. The 25-man encounter is still trivial at level 90, but I'd say she's the most annoying part of it.

is it just me or is her name a play on the word bulimia (as in binge eating and purging.) it would go well with her being a famine bearer.
