The Sha'tari Skyguard (Skettis "Saga") rep grind starts in Shattrath with:
1)Threat From Above (Kill 20 ogres N of Aldor Rise, you will need a flying mount to reach it)
2)To Skettis! (from the same NPC that gave you the ogre quest)

After these you will be able to accept daily quests:

a)Fire Over Skettis(Daily) -wich can get you a bonus achievement
b)Escape From Skettis(Daily)

3)Hungry Nether Rays
4)World Of Shadows ->

More Shadow Dust (This is repeatable, and will be your primary source of rep once you completed the dailies)

5)Secrets Of The Talonpriests (you will need to use this in order for you to see the Talonpriests)

6)Ishaal's Almanac (This is from Ishaal's Almanac, aquired from the Talonpriest quest)

7)An Ally In Lower City

8)Countdown to Doom

9)Hazzik's Bargain

10)A Shabby Disguise

11)Adversarial Blood (you will need 40 Time-Lost Scrolls in order to summon all 4 mobs, 10 for each.) #even if it's a group quest most 80 can solo it

Another quest hub for the Sha'tari Skyguard is in Blade's Edge Mountains:

Starts with 2 Ogri'la quests:
1)The Crystals (simple, 5 Apexis Shards that drop from nearly any mob in BEM)

2)Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger (you need 10 apexis shards to get the flask)

-After these you will be able to get: 3)The Skyguard Outpost quest from Chu'a'lor

4)Bombing Run (will lead to a daily quest quest) ->

Bomb Them Again!(Daily) -gives you 2 achievements:
a)Blade's Edge Bomberman
b)Fa-la-la-la-Ogri'la(Only during Winter Veil)

5)Assault on Bash'ir Landing! (this will lead to a scripted event that requires a raid to complete and wich will grant you acces to some new vendors#keep in mind that these guys spawn during the raid event and will despawn shortly after)

6)Wrangle Some Aether Rays!(get the Aether Rays under 40% hp in order to be able to wrangle them # leads to another daily)

Wrangle More Aether Rays!(Daily)

7)To Rule The Skies (you need to complete the previous quests, bombing&wrangling, in order to get this one. You need 35 Apexis shards to summon each of the dragons)

There are a couple of Ogri'la quests that give Sha'tari Skyguard rep like :

b)Banish the Demons (requires Honored with Ogri'la to be obtained, and leads to another daily) ->

For you lvl 80 out there who are wondering how long this one would take (and who possibly got scared away by the wowwiki's info of rep income being only 2k/hour), read on.

human priest in shadow spec, with icc25 healing gear and a 310% mount, mobs dying in one VT cast
26.700 rep (that's where I found myself after completing the questlines and doing an occasional Fire Over Skettis daily a few times)
Terokk summonned 8 times
35 Elixir of Shadows turn-ins (not exactly aiming for those, just looting whatever i killed along the way)

Overall, 26.700 in 3 hours and 30 minutes with diplomacy bonus = 6935 rep/hour without diplomacy.

Just updating, I started at 0/6000 friendly, got exalted in about 5 hours. That translates to about 7,800 rep per hour. Pretty easy these days, the grind was still painful.. it seems so slow.

I found the best way to grin serious amounts of rep for this was to get myself in a raid and repeat Terrok's Downfall over and over again until I had grinded out the necessary rep needed.

(The following is based upon being in a LvL 25 guild, so I was getting reputation bonuses)
You see you get 550 rep per Terrok kill, 165 rep per one of the four mini bosses that you have to summon via the bones, as well as 11 rep per kill for any of the normal mobs around the zone.

If in a raid group you will get all the rep, however you will not have the quest as being complete due to that fact. So just do as I did and keep on doing this quest over and over again.

Oh and do not forget to do the big tree guys - there are four of them - each one was giving me something like 33 rep per kill.

By doing it this way and starting at around 10am, plus stopping for a hc random inbetween, I managed to do about 14k within a couple of hours solid grinding.

Easy mounts! :)

I found that I was very rarely alone in grinding for this reputation.. and being able to one-shot everything means you can quickly run out of time-lost mobs if anyone else is around. If you're in a highly populated PVP server, be prepared to fight for your reputation.. and get your PVP gear on!

Here's the TL;DR version of my tips for doing this quickly and efficiently (I went from 0 neutral to Exalted in three and a half hours with this method):

Use a class with an instant, spammable aoe. (Mages, Discipline Priests, Guardian Druids, and Rogues are all excellent options)
Every little reputation gain bonus helps! If the darkmoon faire is going on, ride the carousel. If there is a holiday going on with a rep bonus buff, get it.
Start with Threat from Above (questgiver is Yuula, next to the Shattrath flightmaster), and continue until you get to Terokk's Downfall. Don't bother with any other quests.
Form a party! If there are people of the same faction as you in Skettis, invite them to a party. It's less competition for Terokk spawns, and you'll also get more rep as they kill things between Terokk summons! My reputation per minute almost doubled when I got another fast person to join a party. Just remember to set the loot rules to free-for-all, or you'll have wasted loot on mobs that're tagged for other people in your party to loot.
After finishing the Terokk's Downfall questline, begin to slaughter everything in sight- but be picky about what you focus on killing! Follow this priority order:
1. Treants. Go out of your way to kill these whenever you see them.
2. Summonable Minibosses. Whenever you come across a skull pile, summon a miniboss and kill everything around it until it becomes attackable, then kill it.
3. Arakkoas. This will make up the majority of the mobs you'll be slaughtering. Don't bother to focus on the shadowed arakkoas- all arakkoa are created equal, evidently, and give the same rep. You'll get more than enough time-lost scrolls to summon Terokk once every 15 minutes just by slaughtering everything.
4. Little birds. If you can kill one with the same attack you use to kill any of the above mobs, great. If not, don't bother to go out of your way to kill them- they can live to see another day, since they give only half the rep of the arakkoa, and no rep after revered.
Most importantly: Kill Terokk every time his skull pile spawns, but don't waste time sitting on his island waiting for it to spawn. Once he is killed, his skull pile spawns precisely 15 minutes later.
Terokk Tips:

The blizzard UI clock under your minimap has a built-in stopwatch (click the clock, and press the "show stopwatch" button). If you start the stopwatch precisely when you see Terokk killed, you'll be able to know down to the second when he can be summoned again.
Only the person who summons him (and their party) gets credit (and rep!) for the kill, so get there 30 or so seconds early, and be ready to click fast if there are people camping him.
You'll be moving around too much to use your guild banner effectively while slaughtering everything, but its cooldown will be up for every time Terokk can be summoned. Be sure to use it every time!

Lastly, a friendly reminder not to derp like I did (repeatedly) and keep your Elisir delle Ombre buff up, or you won't see any shadow Arakkoa, and be sure to have a Offerta Preistorica in your inventory before you try to summon Terokk, or the gnome who you're competing against to click faster will /lol at you when you lose the spawn. 1. Go to Skettis in Foresta di Terokk.
(OPTIONAL FOR THE RICH ONES: if you have some gold to spend, buy at least 6x Polvere d'Ombra and as much Pergamene Preistoriche as you want - you need 10x for each boss spawn)

2. If you don't have 6x Polvere d'Ombra, then kill Guardia dello Stormo di Skettis, Calcavento di Skettis, Invocatore delle Anime di Skettis, Grinfianite di Skettis, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Zellek, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Skizzik, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Ishaal, Kaliri di Skettis or Razziaforeste
until you get them. If you already have 6x Polvere d'Ombra then go to the next step.

3. Go to Severin and accept the quest Il mondo delle ombre. It will reward you with Elisir delle Ombre, this elixir works for 20 minutes and you can repeat this quest over and over
to get unlimited elixirs. Elisir delle Ombre gives you the possibility to see more creatures in the area: Adoratore Skettis Sfasante, Gran Sacerdote di Skettis Senza Tempo, Razziatore di Skettis Senza Tempo.
These creatures drop Pergamene Preistoriche, it is used to summon mini-boss: Stridente Oscuro Akkarai, Gezzarak la Cacciatrice, Karrog and Vakkiz lo Sfuriavento.

4. Fly in the Skettis area, focus on platforms and after you get 10x Pergamene Preistoriche, you can use them to summon one of the bosses that i've listed above.
You can do it in violet ritual circles, easy to localize, there are few.

5. Repeat previous step until you'll reach Excalted. CONGRATS!
