This achievement is named after the advertising campaign of the Captain Crunch brand breakfast cereal from approximately 1980 to 1999/2000. The line "You and the Cap'n make it happen!" was a typical closing line to any of the cereal commercials where hungry children-introduced in the start of the commercial-were given some of the cereal, ate and thus: were no longer hungry. In the 1990-1999 ad campaigns: this slogan was uttered usually after some sort of crisis, problem or puzzle was solved during the ad segment.

Note: You do not actually need to successfully take flags for them to count for this achievement. Simply assaulting them will do (Making them become contested).

If you are an engineer, you are pretty much guaranteed that 1st flag at the start of every bg (Goblin Glider).

Other than that, just play offensive and use your tricks to assault flags (e.g., as a Priest some of my best tools were Psychic Scream and Spectral Guise). I had a few bg's where I got 4-5 flag assaults.

Assaulting Stables or Farm at the beginning of each game would guarantee 1 credit/game, but this is difficult for some classes that aren't engineers. If you're a paladin or dk, your crusader aura/on a pale horse will get you to the first node 20% faster than most classes.

As for classes that aren't engineers, paladins, or dks, I would recommend immediately hitting Farm if you're alliance and Stables if you're horde. I say this for two reasons. As a frequent alliance bg grinder, I notice that usually 0-2 people stay at Stables after assaulting it, the same is usually true for horde at Farm. The second reason being that it is very difficult to cap a base which has a 10v10 battle going on, (I'm looking at you LM).

Enemy AOE damage, healers, and cc removal trinkets will be your worst enemy when obtaining this achievement. Always cc or focus fire healers at each base or enemies repeatedly AOEing the flag. CC removal trinkets make this achievement very difficult because they prevent ninja capping. As an elemental shaman, I would always like to hex the sole defender at a horde base and then cap, but the enemy's trinket would always prevent my doing so. I suggest that you stun / root, then start capping and be ready for him/her to trinket to which you should use your 7 sec CC if possible.

Anyone else not getting credit? Several times I've taken a flag but my achievement count has not gone up. I'm at 40/50 and i'm tracking the achievement so it's on my screen. Each time I cap a flag I check the count and about every 5 or so flags it doesn't count one. Not sure if it's a glitch or if i'm doing something wrong.

You don't appear to get credit for this in Comp Stomp (which is AB versus bots).
