how is it that I have earned all the achievements and am honored with the Zaldalari and still can't create a troll? the unlock allied races says I haven't earned any of these, but achievement Points scoreboard shows i have done them all.

I have the achievement in game and can create Zandalari troll character, but wowhead profile shows it as incomplete.

It's not JUST the 3 achievements. You also have to go to the Orgrimmar Embassy, and talk to Rokhan (or possibly Ji Firepaw) to get the A Royal Occasion quest, which then leads to this quest chain:

A Queen's Entourage
The Rite of Kings and Queens
The Instigator Among Us
Quelling the Masses
Talanji's Mercy
Breaking the Faith
Heresy!
The New Zanchuli Council
The Council Has Spoken
Gaze of the Loa
Gaze of the Loa: Krag'Wa
Gaze of the Loa: Gonk
Gaze of the Loa: Pa'Ku
Gaze of the Loa: Bwonsamdi
Queen of the Zandalari
Allegiance of the Zandalari

Once I finished that quest chain, the race opened for me.

Got a hord char at lvl 45 but have not done any content in BfA with it, how long will it take to unlock Zandalari?
Is it as long as the Lightforged draenei?

Zandalari troll is one of the most powerful rass in the world of warcraft :) Their purebred skills make them powerful cutters. Also, have you seen the appearance of the druid forms? :) They're amazing!

I think blizzard wants a lot of subscription while people doing this.... So if YOU HAD NO Horde character before. Prepare yourself. Its about 12-14 hour to do it. For the first time, Need to do Ready For War (req LVL 50) achievemnt. After That, Tides Of Vengeance. (lvl 50). After That you need Zandalar Forever achievemnt. Main questlines ( ~5) . Really really lot of unnecessery quests. Im not saying it was boring. BUT LOT: *!@IN LOT!

Starting from patch 10.1.5, all restrictions for unlocking Allied Races have been removed, with the exception of a level requirement.
All Allied Races can now be unlocked once you have a level 40 character on your account (was level 50). Blue post.
