It is in the mountains on the west coast north of Port of Zem'lan and south of Terrace of the Devoted.

Use Modulatore di Frequenza Elettrica, you will be transformed into a Ranishu Vorace
Don't use any ability until a tornado throws you into the air or it can bug
Feed lashers to the ranishu (roll over lashers)

Avoid small tornadoes or you will be thrown into the air and knocked back.
Avoid cactus. they will stan you
Don't get close to Mammona in the north part of the area

You get the achievement the moment you get the score, so you can drop the regular quest and try multiple times if you missed the timer.

PS. Some speculation:
Right now it looks that it is not fully implemented, because there are lots of different flowers and they give from 2 to 15 points of progress.
Like Sferzatore Dorato or Vignaspina Spaccata. They give more score. But to get the achievment right now you just need to roll on the lower floor.

This achievement can be done in the initial quest while leveling, i just got it at 117 while questing for the first time through Vol'dun.

Start a timer and watch out if you are close to the 45s mark, otherwise just abandon, leave vehicle and reset until you make it.

Achivement pops upon finishing criteria, not handing it in.

PS: the quest seems kinda buggy at the moment, so be patient, i had to try about 7 times before i managed to get from the first tornado without bugging out big time.

Try to do this when there are not many people doing it. Ranishu are stunned when they hit cactuses, tornadoes, or other Ranishu. If there are a lot of people in the arena you will just get stunned over and over and not be able to do much.

Also if you didn't do it quest version then the WQ version timer seems to start when you first enter it or when you first score, and you cannot reset.

Nothing better than starting this quest, only to have it bug out straight away and roll continuously into a tiiiiiiny little rock.

Every time WQ is up and I try do it for achievement, npc does its little rp walk then it jumps on left side in little tornado or next to it, and then rp walks to the very start just so it can rp walk in start tornado to leap back to left side, and that will continue indefinitely. None of abilities work for first rotation, leading to loss about 10-12 sec. Is it just me or other having same issue?

This achievement is STILL bugged. Everytime you start the WQ, your "vehicle" walks straight into the first tornado, flies a little bit away, walks back, AGAIN walks straight into the tornado, flies into the plant which eats you and spits you out and then finally you are able to start collecting the things. Impossible to get it done in 45 seconds. This same behaviour has happened everytime the WQ has been up since BfA launched.

Doing it on alts while levelling doesn't help as the achievement is not account wide. I want it on my main.

I finally got this today when no one else was around. The plants were instantly respawning, so I just did a constant loop around the pillar until finished, staying far, far away from big mama.

Attempted this on multiple alts. It just kept looping between the two tornadoes at the start before throwing you at Big Mama...

Got this today, July 27th 2019 by just doing a NASCAR circle around the piller, only twice using the 1 ability but would assume not necessary, just avoid the big one and do the circle.

8.2.5 Still bugged but doable. Start the quest, get hit by the tornado, get pushed back, get hit by tornado again, get eaten by big momma. When she spits you out start circling the adds around the pillar. Dont use any skills, just keep circling the same mobs. If you are alone the same mobs will respawn half a second before u hit them again. Even with the bugged start there should still be enough time to do it. i was counting mine and was on 42 seconds.

It's been 2 years how is this garbage still bugged. Everytime I start the world quest, the thing is uncontrollable and just runs into a tornado by itself for 15 seconds.

I have finished this Achievement today via WQ. Indeed it's still bugged but if You have couple alts You still can attempt to do it - i tried to do it on 3 toons and only one got throwed into the tornado which made achievement unable to be done.
I did easly finish it by doing loops around the first pillar that You are facing once on the "platform" without using Ranishu abilities.

Idk if they have changed something or I was just lucky, but in previous attempts I was thrown straight into tornado and then to the killer plant, but today I managed to do it with ease. Here's the way I did this achievement (June 11, Patch 8.3).

I attempted it late at night, and it seemed I was the only one doing the quest at the time. After you click the Modulatore di Frequenza Elettrica, you will slowly start to steer towards the first tornado; I found that I had some control over my direction, however, but clicking both mouse buttons and turning to control your angle. When you get popped up by the tornado, you are catapulted forward; if you aim too far to the right, you will hit the cactus. Aim too far to the left, and you get eaten by Mammona.

While getting this right can help, it is still doable if you get eaten and spit out by Mammona (which is what happened for me). Simply do loops around the pillar, using your mouse buttons to steer. You must run right over the Ranishus - if you miss them by even a couple yards they don't get eaten. Give every cactus and Mammona a wide berth - you can just loop around the pillar and plenty of Ranishus respawn for you to complete this.

the world quest is still bugged. You cannot abandon it so you have as many tries as you have alts.

It is doable now, I was not able to control Ranishu, was thrown into tornado and only then able to control it, I was also eaten once by Big Mama, still managed to complete the achievement

Took me three characters before I was able to complete it (World Quest version).
The first two times I was not able to controll him due to the bug. Aka where he walks into the tornado and slowly walks back.
Third time it didn't bug. I didn't press any abilities - just controll him in a circle around the pillar & hit whatever possible. Remember to not get too close to the big plant as it will eat you.
Submitted bug report, but honestly sad to see that its still not fixed after all this time - specially when it has an achievement.

Just completed this achievement (in 39 seconds) during Shadowlands patch 9.1.5, even with the first tornado having fed me to Big Mama on the left side immediately. All I did was counter-clockwise loops of the pillar, making sure to roll over as many small plants as I could conveniently path through. The plants were respawning about as fast as I was doing each loop.

If you are struggling with the World Quest, you can make infinite attempts with the help of a friend using Party Sync.
Go to Jenoh and do the 3 quests she offers, then go to Merd Archfeld and take the quest Power Problems that finally sends you to Rozzy who offers the quest Charging the Batteries for this achievement.
