That FLask of supreme power is expensive to buy, around 50g. If youre an alchemist u can make it. You need 30xdreamfoil 10xMountain silverage (spelling) and 1xblack lotus to make it. And you cant do it anywhere there is special places, one of them is in scholo and one in BWL. Sure there is other places but thats two of them =).

Havn't figured which mobs who drops the bracers but i will soon =) Hope this helps you a little.

The bracers drop from orcs in Blackrock Spire, but the drop rate is far higher in the Upper part (UBRS).

Doing this solo at 70 you are restricted to the section of UBRS up to the room with Pyroguard Emberseer in, as you need three players to click the altar to release him and open the next door. I found that killing all the Blackhand orcs between the UBRS door and Emberseer's room gave around 10-15 bracers each time. Killing the same number of Scarshield orcs in Lower Blackrock Spire gave just one!

So, assuming you have the Seal of Ascension, you should be able to do this in 3 or 4 runs through the very first part of UBRS. Doing the entire instance with a group ought to easily give you all 40 bracers in one run.

My preferred method at Level 80 to do this is to go into the Halls Of Ascension (the beginning of the upper portion of Blackrock Spire) and go into a room with a flame rune and kill all the enemies except the summoners. Loot the dead corpses to see if they have any Blackrock Bracers on them, then sit and "play goalie" as the summoners summon more and more enemies to kill. Loot them all for their Blackrock Bracers. If you don't move quickly enough, however, eventually things will get hectic and you will need to kill them all and move on to the next room.

The npc named: Blackhand Veteran and Blackhand DreadWeaver is 55% drop Blacrock Bracer. I guess :P

It's still preferable to hit up UBRS for these, even though the summoned mob trick no longer works.

I killed maybe 50 orcs in LBRS and got 7 bracers. But when I went back and killed the mobs that you have to kill in order to open the door to UBRS, I'd gotten up to 15 by the time the door opened.

For anyone trying to do this that isn't trained in Alchemy AND herbalism you're going to have a REALLY hard time getting that flask. If anyone has a tip to acquiring the Dreamfoil I'd really appreciate the help.

Was on this before Yesterday's patch and i no longer have this log. I guess the dungeon set 2 questline has been removed. I had 17/25 on my current quest log now i have 5/25. Tons of quests were removed.

[We're nearly there, <class>. All that is left is to retrieve a few more components so that I can attune the brazier and enable it to beckon forth Lord Valthalak.

To begin I must ask you to journey forth into Blackrock Spire and slay the orcs therein. They wear bracers that contain trace metals that I will need, so I'll need more than a few to extract the right amount out of them. Then, to complete the imbuing process, you'll need to bring me a Flask of Supreme Power.
