Deathforge Girdle (Sadly not a XBOXHUEG belt, but it matches, dammit!)
Stonestep Boots (The best boots I could find, matches pretty well.)
Onyxia Scale Cloak (If you can ignore the blue spots, it makes a wonderful match.)
Tabard of Conquest (If you're horde/female, that is; it shows as red and black, matching PERFECTLY. If you're male, it shows more orange-red and doesn't match as well.)

Just my opinion.

Edit: Transmoggers rejoice! They added the actual boot model into the game with Legion's release! They drop from the Heroic version of Violet Hold.

I use Cintura delle Ossa Rotte and http://www.wowhead.com/item=50625. Although not a perfect match to the warrior set, they are red, and they are raid appropriate. Also, I use Lama dei Sanguemarcio for a red weapon. It's not easily obtained (unless you're running with a full group of like SoO geared raiders), but a near perfectly matching shield is Steelskin, Qiang's Impervious Shield on Heroic.

There are 3 color variations of this Guerriero set, based on raid difficulty:

Yellow - 10 man Rocca della Corona di Ghiaccio.
Brown - 25 man Rocca della Corona di Ghiaccio.

I feel as if Grancintura del Masticatore di Carne is the go-to belt for this set.The color-difference is barely noticeable, and the glowing cracks match the set perfectly.

Boots will definitely vary with race, although Stivaletti della Lama Spezzata is very good for races that don't have their feet fully covered (hooves, worgen). Most races are trickier, but Stivali della Guardia Spiritica Impeccabili doesn't seem to have a noticeable color difference. Stivali da Guerra dell'Atrocità del Gladiatore Cataclismico doesn't look the greatest IMO, but probably matches better.

I find Cinturone di Chitina Incendiata to be a fitting belt. Good thing is that other bosses in Naxxramas 25 drop exactly the same model (with a different name) so it won't be too difficult to acquire.

If you want a slicker look on your boots, you can try out Stivali della Faglia.

I really like Nethersteel Claymore with this set. The red matches, and it's kinda simplistic. For the belt and boots, I used Forgesmelter Waistplate and Bladeshatter Treads from Faldren Tillsdale in Stormwind's Old Town. He sells em for around 400G.

Hey guys. I have noticed that Stivali da Guerra Intagliati di Ossa di Drago which drops from Shivermaw Heroic in The Violet Hold (Legion) has a matching texture for this transmog set.

Good news everyone, With the release of legion, we're finally able to get some closure on this particular set!

Stivali da Guerra Intagliati di Ossa di Drago, These drop within the Heroic version of: Assault on Violet Hold, now i know that the page on wowhead doesnt match, but check it out for yourself in the in-game dungeon journal. The boots are there, and they have the right look

Now, the sad part of it all, is that the belt is still nowhere to be found. But hey, everything helps, i suppose.
