This set uses the green and blue (officially "Green") variant of the "Druid Dungeon A" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of the art. It was used for the Druid Dungeon 2 set, which can no longer be obtained. But, like other Dungeon 2 sets, "Replica" versions have been made available through the Darkmoon Faire in 4.3.

There are four other colours of this set in the artwork database, but only two are available as sets in the game (though not necessarily complete). See:

Purple: Wildheart Raiment (Druid Dungeon 1 set)
Blue (officially "Outland Light Blue"): Wildheart Raiment (Recolor) (missing bracers, belt and boots)
Forest Green (officially "Outland Forest Green"): only a belt: Cintura Foderata della Grande Bestia, and two kilts: Kilt della Crescita Vivente and Kilt del Calcaboschi
Orange and purple (officially "Outland Orange"): no pieces available in the game as far as I know

While the items themselves are no longer obtainable, you can still transmog your gear to look like this set through the Darkmoon Faire. Baruma will sell you pieces of the Replica Feralheart set, which are statless but nonetheless especially meant to be used for transmogrification.

Best part? They're BoE, so you can use alts to farm the tickets you need to buy the pieces with, or even find them on the AH/Trade Channel if you're lucky.

Gran Capo Tribù Cavalca Rupe also seems to be wearing a beautiful purple/gold recolor of this set. Unfortunately it does not seem to be currently available in game.

Monks: You have to set the vendor tab to show all to see these items. For some reason it's not flagged for the Monk tab, even though we can wear and transmogrify it.

As of Patch 5.3.0, you can use latent Kor'kron armor and shake with Radical Mojo to get items of this set ;-)
(I'm thinking... druids only)

I feel it's COMPLETE BS that they allowed the 0.5 colors to be obtained as a replica. They should of made it the 0 set instead. That's not cool as people such as myself put tons of dedication,time, and gold into the 0.5, and now they just hand it away.

I use leggings from Sons of Hodir Kilt dell'Amico Gigante which is a nice fit for my troll monk in his replica feralheart mog gear.

While the forest green variant set is not entirely available to players (belt + pants), I hope it is one day. The NPC Elder Sareth'na actually wears the full set if you want to see what this set looks like in green

Edit: You can also find Daana Leafwhisper in Ashran who wears most of the green set but without gloves or shoulders.
