This set uses the Purple variant of the "Northrend B1 Mail" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of that art.

Many of the pieces are quest reward-only. Hopefully some of the quests are still available to you.

There are three other colours of this artwork in the database and all are available as eight-piece sets. See:

According to the Wowhead page for Bracciali del Cuore Rovente "Same model as" tab, there are three additional versions of these Bracers available as Quest rewards:

Polsiere Incriminate, from Scherzi da Orchessa in Drak'Tharon Keep
Bracciali della Raffica Gelata, from L'impero perduto (Horde) / Il destino dei morti (Alliance) in Dragonblight
Avambracci Ridigeriti, from Ghoulosoni in Zul'Drak

These should be way easier to obtain than the one listed above which is a rather low probability World Drop.

Also, in case you're wondering for Transmog purposes, on my female Goblin there is a gap between the gloves and the chest piece sleeves that, hopefully, these bracers will cover.
