Plan on farming this set for my DK Pallidius. Have always like the look going back to when I had a few of the dps and tank pieces on Pytheas.

Thinking of dual one hand swords using Volontà Incrollabile from a RP/Transmog perspective as it sheaths on the back.

It's true that the whole set drops from Trial of the Champion, but some of the listed pieces are also available elsewhere!

Interesting note for RPers/Koltira fangirls/boys:
In at least a few of his many phases, Koltira is wearing this set (without the helm showing), and either the second DK sword or the Brutal PvP 2hander. The cloak he wears is also sold from one of the Dalaran vendors.

For those looking for a better helmet for transmogging, I'd say that the Valorous Darkruned helms (Helmet and Faceguard) match this set really well. Shouldn't be too hard to get, either. ^_^

Elmo dello Sbriciolatore Illidari Is a decent match, Slightly more blue than the purple tone of the set, but it works.

Here is a Prot Warrior/Pally set based on the suggestions above.

Spallacci a Piastre Oscure del Gladiatore Implacabile looks great with this set. You could also use this Elmo a Piastre Oscure del Gladiatore Implacabile for the helm.

Torcia del Dannato along with Insegna della Spada d'Ebano have a nice edit in this purple effect.

Anyone having a good alternative for shoulders? i have a human female paladin and i would love to use this set but i dont really like the visual of the shoulders :) any help is welcome !
