This set uses the red (officially "Rogue") variant of the "Dungeon C1 Leather" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of that art. Despite the colour officially being called "Rogue" it's available to both leather-wearing classes.

There are a few alternative sources for pieces:

Chest: Pettorale Corazzato di Pelle Marina
Wrist: Bracciali dell'Amico dei Draghi
Feet: Stivali del Sentiero Infinito (chunkier model to the listed ones)

There's only one other colour of this set artwork in the database, green (officially "Druid"), and it's also available as a set. See Snowy Bramble Armor. That version has a kilt attached to the chestpiece, making it look like robes.

Mannaia del Macellaio is good for a weapon to complete the axe (or should I say cleaver) murderer look.

Mannaia del Neurochirurgo is a good dagger match for this set. The only issue is that it's Horde only.
