This is inaccurately showing ilvl 397 agility pieces that match Wyrmstalker Battlegear instead. This will be fixed in an upcoming datapush. (Edit: now showing correct screenshot.)

The actual Spiritwalker's Regalia (Lookalike) is notable because it contains matching shoulders, unlike some lookalike T13 sets. The matching pieces look like this.

This is the Sciamano-friendly version of Cacciatore Normal Tier-13 (Wyrmstalker Battlegear) from Anima del Drago. There are non-hunter pieces available for most slots, but not shoulders. Sorry Sciamanos. There are also two other colors, but most pieces are Hunter-only:

Raid Finder: Wyrmstalker Battlegear (Recolor)
Heroic: Wyrmstalker Battlegear (Recolor)

After 6.0.2, I bought these piece for my Enh shaman. Going through my transmog options, I discovered a pair of shoulders I had that went beautifully with this set: Beast-Tamer's Shoulders from Hyjal: Spallacci del Domatore di Bestie

After going through all the transmog sets and deciding this was the best one for my shaman, I was disappointed to note there were no shoulders. Or wasn't there? Being lazy I just bought Guardaspalle del Vulcano in Eruzione/erupting-volcanic-spaulders from Magatha Silverton in Stormwind, tried them on and wallah! Not only are they a perfect colour match but they look better than the original matching shoulders. Sometimes it pays to be lazy I guess.

For the legs I bought Gambali Foderati del Vulcano in Eruzione again from Magatha Silverton which are also a great colour match making this entirely a vendor set.

For the cloak I am using Mantello dei Raggi di Guarigione

Another really good option for Shamans in regards to shoulders is the yellow version of Imperfect Specimens 27 & 28 a set I personally think better than the originals just for how well they sit on the shoulder.
