Here are all the mats needed for the complete Hardened Obsidium gear.

30x Folded obsidium = 60x Obsidium bar.
46x Elementium bar.
17x Volatile Earth.
1x Elemental Flux.

The bracers are missing from this page, but they exist: Bracciali d'Obsidio Indurito

There are a lot of quest rewards in Twilight Highlands that also match this set, but it's probably easier to get the crafted items.

There is also a recolor of this set: Hardened Obsidium Battleplate made up of quest rewards from Uldum.

The matching set from Twilight Highlands quests (Alliance side) include:
Head: Gatekeeper's Helm
Shoulders: Wyrmhunter Spaulders
Chest: Keg-Sized Chestplate
Waist: Gryphon-Seeker Waistplate

Feet: Tank-Defending Treads

Is it just me, or do these shoulders not seem to fit the rest of the set (blue/silver/red)?
Does anyone know of any shoulders that match these colors and look better?

To me it just seemed as if the shoulder's didn't quite match the color scheme of this set. I found Spallacci di Mithril Decorati to be a better match

You can get similar looking armor from the quests in Uldum and Twilight Highlands.
