In case you are wondering, the whole set drops off Ulduar 25, mostly from normal mode, just the first helm from heroic.
I'll edit this topic with all the bosses that drops each piece, as I intend to farm it myself and that helps a lot.

I am attempting to collect this set on my Death Knight for transmogrification. It is the recolor of Death Knight Tier 8.5, but can be worn by any plate-wearing class. Here are the four sets which use the same basic model:
Tier 8 Tier 8 Recolor
Tier 8.5 Tier 8.5 Recolor
As a DK, I could go for the tier sets, but they do not include boots or belts, and I like the look of the T8.5 Recolor the best.
In an attempt to simplify acquiring these pieces, I consolidated their sources into a single list here. They all drop in Ulduar 25m Normal.

Although you can't see the wrist piece. The item known as Decimator's Armguards is the wrist piece that goes with this set. By the way I find that Ashkandi, Greatsword of the Brotherhood looks pretty good too

The perfect 1h sword that goes with this set Serilas, Lama Insanguinata di Invar Monobraccio (Drops in 10 man Ulduar off of Freya)
Also, if your looking for a nice shield to go with this set, Scudo Magico Pulsante (drops in 10 man Ulduar off XT-002)
Both Bracciali Foderati del Decimatore and Antibracci di Bedlam are the wrists that go with this set.

I haven't had much luck finding matching 2H weps that I like though.

I think I peed a little. This set is too awesome! In my opinion, it's incredibly hard to find really good looking armor for a female Tauren paladin. This...this is amazing. /weep for joy

I would have to say that Insegna di Thrallmar is a really great tabard for this set, for hordes of course!

For a cloak, I think Cappa di Metallo Nero works really well with this set. For a 2H sword, Armageddon looks amazing and so does Granspada del Gladiatore Vendicativo. If you're looking for a 2H axe, try either Mannaia Monolitica di Ingvar or Decapitatore del Gladiatore Vendicativo.

Anyone know of a polearm that matches? I'm trying to find one to go with my paladin's ret set.

Also the Horde Paladin Blood Knight Tabard matches perfectly.

If you're not lucky with the glove's drop chance, you can always go with Guanti Lunghi di Scaglie del Gladiatore Mortale

Currently using this as the mog for my Ret set and my Holy set.

For Holy I am using Scudo Guardia della Vedova Rossa for the shield and Lama dei Sanguemarcio as the weapon, I think they both go really well with the set.

I finally managed to get this whole set on my Death Knight. I have to say, it looks pretty damn nice. If you remember the Black Knight in TotC 5-man instance, this is a nice resemblance. So let's get down to it; these are some decent looking weapons to match the set. I'd like to keep updating this with gear that looks to match the set. Black (primarily) with some red accents. I'm also trying to list items which are relatively obtainable. There are some excellent World BoEs, but just too hard to guarantee drops.

2-Handed:
Swords/Axes/Maces:
Ashkandi, Granspada della Fratellanza - Accents and colour scheme tie together nicely.
Armageddon - It gives it the authentic Black Knight look.

Decapitatore Drakkari - {Insert Death Growl Here}

Brandirancore - Almost boring, but the colours are right.

Polearms/Staves:
Aculeo di Terokk - Pointy goodness.
Alabarda di Casa Wrynn - Nice poleaxe with decent colour.

Any leggings that you guys could think of that would be an alternative match? I can't seem to find legs with the same shade of gray. I've been grinding x2 for months for these as they are the last piece of my transmog (fav one in the game) and nothin'. Everything else dropped moderately fast. Would be greatly appreciated.

I never did Ulduar , so i need to know before i try is it soloable normal 25 with my warrior level 100 (ilvl 635)?
And if soloable are there any bosses that have special mechanisms so i cannot solo them to collect the above gear for trasmog?

If anyone is having trouble getting the gloves to drop, I've found that Blackrock Gauntlets, from the Dwarven Bunker/War Mill, will work pretty well in a pinch until you get them to drop.

Sorry for the yellow links but it was the only way I could link the heroic versions properly.

http://www.wowhead.com/item=109909&bonus=524 is excellent for this set in my opinion. Common drop in WoD heroic dungeons for Paladins with loot specialization set to Holy.

Other plate wearers will have to get Mantello Regale di Rinnila, which has the same model, it just has a really low world drop chance.
(I bought mine from the AH)

http://www.wowhead.com/item=109914&bonus=524 is a really good alternative for DPS plate wearers which can also be found in heroic dungeons.

Since the BEs update hit, the matching helmets for this set look really bad now (the hair, any hairstyle, severely clips through the back of the helmets).

Do you think they might ever fix it? Fortunately it still works just fine when using the old-models option, but I believe others are still able to view it.

If you're looking for a tabard to go along with this set, Tabard of the Dragonmaw Clan looks fantastic.

The Manto di Fildiseta Infusa fits this set perfectly, and if you like to match mounts aswell Redini del Destriero da Guerra Prestigioso is the way to go!

I have been working on this set for my DK, but have been getting unlucky on the shoulders: Spallacci Corazzati dell'Eterno. I've been running Ulduar for 3 months on 2 plate wearers now and have not seen them drop. Can anyone confirm a drop?

... and now it's my time to curse at the RNG, I guess. That Abbraccio di Spaccacciaio is being incredibly persnickety - 22 kills including a small number of hard mode versions, and still no drop.
