At the time of this comment, Legion Blacksmithing is only taught by completing Dalaran blacksmith Alard Schmied's quest Nuovi strani minerali. Minerale di Fagliaroccia needed for the quest can be bought in the Auction Hall.

As of this posting, it appears that Legion Blacksmithing has been broken by the new profession/recipe interface. Until/Unless this is fixed, it will be impossible to level up this profession. :(

The quest Leysmithing Mastery cannot be done due to the changes in the recipe interface, and it is one of the earliest quests for this profession.

The same is presumably true for tailoring and leatherworking.

If you don't feel like spending hours mining leystone and feslate, while at the same time not wanting spent a lot of gold on them on the auction house because it gets quite expensive, you can get an absolute ton of materials from the Timewalking vendor. Consegna di Minerali delle Isole Disperse will give 8-15 felslate and 10-20 leystone each, for only 25 timewarped badges (you get 500 from your first timewalking of the week per character).
If you're following the wow-professions guide, you'll need 10 leystone ore initially, 10 Foxflower from herb, AH, or a herb delivery (not guaranteed due to the different herbs), 11 additional foxflower flux, 24 leystone for gauntlets, 60 leystone and 60 felslate for the surumar blacksmith, After those parts, you'll need to make a full leystone set for a quest, which will cost an additional 171 leystone (and 8 flux from earlier) (safe to equip for tmog)
(So 10 foxflower, 11 foxflower flux, 265 leystone, and 60 felslate)
Then an extra 60 leystone and 120 felslate to make the demonsteels. 500-750 timewarped tokens should be far more than enough ore for everything.
Then the rest is just doing all the mythic dungeons any any world quests until you have 28 or so Blood of Sargeras, since you cannot just buy these (unless you have 140,000 broken isles supplies sitting around), as well as the sightless eye grind to get a rank 3 recipe.

And then if you want to learn all the demonsteel recipes, you'll need 140 felslate, 20 Arkhana, 20 stonehide leather, 5 eye of prophecy, 20 unbroken tooth, 20 unbroken claw, 20 shal'dorei silk, 20 leystone ore. You can also buy foxflower flux from Urael for 4g a piece.
The one you want is Waistguard which is the broken tooths recipe, plus an extra 20 tooths for the rank 1 recipe.
