After turning in this quest, your Recruit's Robe disappears and you may not interact with the crates again to get a new one.

So if you plan on keeping the dress, don't turn in this quest. :) Considering Phase 4 is coming up and this is the real elemental invasion, I don't foresee being able to get one of these robes again.

Here's the coords for the portal ritual sites in Stormwind. Theres one in the Dwarven District at 66,28 in a bank looking building. Another is in the Cathedral Square in the Argent Dawn building at 57,49. And the last one is in the Park at 37,62. Hope this helps :)

Dwarven Quarter: Inside the bank-like building at the north end.
Cathedral Square: Inside the Argent Dawn building behind the Orphanage
Park: First building on the right when you get to the main circle area.

I found what appears to be a typo in the ending text that Justine says. "But these cultists are determined to bring Stormwind to ruin. Men, we must remain vigilant for our city and our king, as <insert name> as done!"
I'm assuming that's supposed to be "has" at the end....

Is anyone else hanging around for ages but no cultists turn up?
I completed the Dwarven quarter part but no ritual appears in the other 2 venues.

I'm unable to complete either. I've checked all 3 locations and there is no portal at any of them. Elementals everywhere! I happen to be on a server with a very low Alliance population, so there aren't many people around to kill the elementals. Maybe that's the issue? Do they have to be cleared for the next set of portals to spawn?

I want you to visit the portal ritual sites in Stormwind's Dwarven District, Park district, and Cathedral Square. The teams there will have made most of the preparations and all you need to is read the last part of the incantation from the book.
