Oralius is the best NPC in the game. Period. The end. I pity everyone who insists on only being Horde just because they won't get the chance to see the brilliance of Oralius. Oh, and Captain Winky.

I love this guy and captain Winky. Very few people seem to visit him nowadays, though, a shame that so many are unfamiliar with the joy that is Oralius.

It appears that, in Cataclysm, Oralius will have successfully proven his sanity ( and, by extension, the insanity of all the others at Morgan's Vigil ) by finally revealing that Captain Winky does in fact exist.

I get the feeling this guy's a nod to Catch-22, his name sounds suspiciously close to Orr(a character presumed insane for a good part of the book), he gives, or did give, a quest referencing the fifty missions, and he claims to be the only sane one around. Not to mention the area he's in is a military encampment.

just FYI captain winky CAN be found... me and my friends kited him to UC last night he has about 850 million health he 3 shot sylvannas and he hit me for 41 million damage

Clearly he's the only sane around, I mean, just look at the screenshot, those eyes and that smile just seem to scream out "sane"

Captain winky is real just use /target captain winky , when close to Oralius, Winky change forms every 1 sec
i dont get why blizz did that , my vote goes for staff joke .
