Flies a circular route in Nagrand. I waited @ (62,22) just west of Lug'dol for a good vantage point and then followed it along the road heading towards the Ruins of Na'gwa @ (50,41) where the quest is delivered. It comes low to the ground there. It then heads back north towards the Rilzit's Holdfast flight point and finally northeast towards Lug'dol to complete the route.

Drops Thek'talon's Talon which can be turned into Gazmolf Futzwangler (?) @ (50,41) in the Ruins of Na'gwa of Nagrand (NW across the river from Lok-rath) for 500 reputation with the Steamwheedle Preservation Society.

For those without coords, here's a map that shows all of the "rare" beasts to kill in Nagrand for turn-in tokens (Steamwheedle Preservation Society rep). For those with coordinate add-ons, the below coords will take you to the beasts.

For Thek'talon, please follow what others have already suggested; camp the turn-in area and if you happen to see the bird, it will be close to the ground in relatively uncrowded terrain. Happy hunting.
