I am pretty sure this is Dagg from Frostfire ridge.

You can see him playing spy again in one of the Ogre Towers by one of the quest mobs. He has a dead ogre head sitting on his shoulder, which would explain the longer name. So, at some point he must become a two headed ninja.

It's actually Dagg in " dis guys", he is in the first building on the bottom level (coordinates: 83, 71) at Mar'gok's Overwatch, Nagrand and posing as a two-headed ogre (his future self). His dialogue when speaking to him:

Don' let dem see us talkin'!
Dey never question a two-head
Dagg is unanimous in dis.

All joking aside, Dagg'um Ty'gor first appeared in 2006, believe it or not, in the WoW Trading card game as Dagg'um Ty'gor. Its art was later reused in the Hearthstone card , which amusingly is almost the exact same card.

The most interesting thing about the TCG card, is that Dagg'um appears to be talking to Ty'gor in the flavour text. It's unclear whether it's because Dagg's bluff skill has improved to the point where he can just bluff having a conversation with a second head or if this Dagg here is simply impersonating as Dagg'um Ty'gor. If it's the latter, the fact that Dagg would choose to disguise himself as Dagg'um Ty'gor speaks volumes about the reputation of such an ogre.

In any case, it's clear that these ogre ninjas are not to be underestimated.

Dagg? What are you guys talking about? All I see is a perfectly ordinary two-headed ogre.

In our time line, due to guldan's experiments to create more powerful ogres and magus ogres, Dagg'um Ty'gor was created. the first two headed ogre ninja.

Dagg is the ogre our Guldan had experimented on it seems.

Though all that didnt happen to this dagg, the influence and reasons for it are still there.
