She's on the middle floor (the level where the flight point is on the balcony outside) and to the right of the center stairs.

The horde equivalent is Ala'thinel in the Shrine of Two Moons.

Healer Nan is situated on the 'ground' floor of the inside of the shrine, in the area called the 'Emperor's Step'. She is in the alcove behind the column to the right of the stairs, at approximately 44,61 by coordinates. There is a first aid supplier called Serenka in the same area. If you ask for directions to her from an npc, her location will not be marked for you on the map.

I would say she is in the main foyer of SOSS, by the main stairs, behind the big column. If you are used to visiting the repair guy and mail box on the left side of the main stairs, the first aid trainer is on the opposite side of the stairs.
