This rare has 46000k hp.
So, I killed this guy twice, failed once. I were able to get him down to 15000k solo (as a Sub rogue with ilvl 795), only with a level 110 bodyguard and Infusione delle Pietre di Faglia
Then I killed him with a bunch of others twice. He only gave 3 Mana Antico and 1 Sostanza Instabile Appiccicosa each time.
Conclusion: there must be a quest somewhere to kill him and I just wasted my time :/

Killed him twice today - once in a raid - once solo tagged him - none of those counted for the world quest - ticket is open and unanswered.

This world quest is located in Suramar south-west part of the Felsoul Hold on the lower level of the Hall of Eclipse.
You need to kill 5-men elite Sorallus

/way Suramar 29.0, 84.3 Cave entrance

The fastest way to get there is to use Kit dell'Aliante dei Goblin from Dalaran, because the flight point is too fare away.

Closest Teletrasporto: Forte Vilanima can do it for you if you are already in Suramar. (Need to activate it first)

World quest can bug and the most reliable way to activate it is to run away so you can't see quest in your quest log anymore, enter the area 1 more time. It usually happens when there are lots of people around or you are in a party/raid

To find this guy, go to Felsoul Hold. In the southwest corner of the place, there's a cave entrance leading into a Nightborne section - it's where the Felsoul leyline is located at. Sorallus is at the lowest section in the big round room, just follow the hall to get there and go down the stairs. Big felguard guy, mean & smelly.

Or, if you've done the quest Search and Rescue! with the dwarf in the cage, it's the entrance next to where you found him. Go down the stairs by where you found the key on the wall, and you're there.

Sorallus is located in Suramar.
Coordinates: 29.2, 89.0 - Suramar, Felsoul Hold, Halls of the Eclipse

from Meredil follow the road to the northwest and continue at the junction to the left. After the two bridges follow the path to the left to Felsoul Hold. Now go to the end, until you reach the Halls of the Eclipse. In the halls, go down until you reach Sorallus.

I was able to solo him as an ilvl 211 Frost Mage with no pet. It was challenging (I needed Time Warp & all other cooldowns ready), but doable.
