Rabxach can be found in Val'Sharah at 70.08, 57.62. He's a level 112 elite rare mob that spawns with about 44 million health and hits semi hard, maybe around 300k-400k per hit. The important thing to watch out for is the nightmare crystals that he spawns. They shoot out beams of fire that do high levels of damage (I have 1.7 million health and standing in a crossfire of two beams killed me instantly).

Warning: buggy quest as of September 21, 2016. If you're trying to do the Warden world quest Danger: Rabxach, which isn't listed on Wowhead, then when you get to Rabxach the world quest might not pop up for you. I read in another forum that it happens if you fly to the nearby Starsong Refuge flight point, and you need to move out of the area, then to Rabxach, to make it work. I had the problem, but wound up not being able to get back easily, so flew to Garden of the Moon flight point and traveled east to Rabxach (70, 58). The quest and objective still wouldn't show up for me, and logging off and on didn't help either, so I gave up. Note that Rabxach is a smallish demon outside on a hill, among other mobs, so you might not notice him if you're looking for a giant.

Rabxach is located in Val'sharah.
Coordinates: 69.6, 57.4 - Val'sharah, Andu'talah
Flight point: Starsong Refuge - Landrius Ammazzacorvi

if you start from the "Starsong Refuge" goes to the south until you will reach "Andu'talah". Then turn left to the ruin, behind the huge tree. Rabxach stand there in the middle of a few columns.

This world quest bugs out if Rabxach is reset. Killing him and waiting for respawn fixes it, unless he gets reset again.

Careful as druids : his spell that slows you down is NOT breakable by shapeshifting. I was in moonkin form, got into travel form to avoid a beam, and I was still unable to move, rendering me boss dead and salty.

It looks like there might be some issue with the scaling here as of Dragonflight. He has 15x my health and hits super hard.
