Located at Nesingwary's Retreat, Highmountain. Used Eye of Tyr from Truthguard to reveal him as a demon. Killed him and he dropped 85 Order Resources.

This red Man'ari Eredar is a demon (orly?). If you interact with him while being able to track demons he will have a dialog option that will let you fight him. He dropped a few order resources and artifact power. Tested with Vista Spettrale (talk while you have the buff), but I'm guessing it will work with any demon tracking ability, like hunter's Individua Demoni or Elisir Rivela Demoni.

Had my hearth set to Nesingwary's Retreat on my DH. When I appeared, I saw the following dialogue from an npc:

Laeni Silvershot says: You weren't lying, Elias. The Demon Hunters are on the loose. Be careful - with those eyes, (player name) sees everything.

I used Spectral Sight, and found Dareer was a demon in disguise.
When confronted, he turns to fight you in demon form and says, "You play with fire, fool demon hunter! YOU WILL BURN!"

He was too strong for me at the time, so I used Shadowmeld. After leaving combat, he states, "No place is safe. No mountain is too high to flee from the Legion's rage. I will return!"

He disappears only to return a few minutes later.

If you defeat him, you will get 20 artifact power and some resources.

The NPCs have the following to say about him when defeated:

Lucas Sigumund says: What...? Dareer was a demon all along? How did we not see that coming?
Addie Fixxlebog says: Well, that explains the chanting coming from his tent at all hours of the night. And the smell of sulphur.

Even though he is not flagged as a rare you can only get resources from him once.

If you talk to him, he says:

There was an ancient parable. About a woodcutter. He chopped wood as the forest burned.

"Why is it you chop wood?" they ask him. "The forest burns. Soon your house will burn."

The woodcutter, he watches the flames, he breathes in the smoke. "Who am I to change?" he asks. "I am what I am."

<Dareer chops another cord of wood.>

There is no moral.
