Nightborne Allied Race

Unlocking the Race

To unlock the Nightborne Allied Race, you must first have the Battle for Azeroth expansion purchased.

Next you must complete the unlock requirements. This involves a special recruitment quest and some prerequisites.

The tracking achievement Requisiti per lo sblocco della Razza Alleata: Nobili Oscuri is marked as account-wide progress:
Insurrezione requires completion of the main Suramar storyline, which should take several hours to complete. Reference the Comprehensive Suramar Guide if you need assistance with any quest. Note that this step used to have reputation gates, but those were removed in a hotfix during patch 7.3.

Exalted with Esuli Oscuri can be attained mostly while completing the campaign step, while the rest of the reputation needs to be obtained via Suramar World and Emissary quests, using Fregio degli Esuli Oscuri and completing daily quests like Nutrire Thalyssra. Reference the Nightfallen Reputation Guide for details on how to unlock all possible Suramar World Quests.

Nigthborne is a nice looking race and I'm going to try making one but regarding the Heritage Armor, if it's only for Nightborne I probably not going to bother getting it as my favorite races are tauren and troll.

So in theses guides it doesn't specify, nor have i seen confirmation anywhere else, but for unlocking the allied races do you need to be part of that faction?

and what if I have 12 characters on my realm? so I have to delete one of my chars in order to create a nighborne or what? or we'll get another character slot?

I'll be honest, I'm extremely disappointed to not see the druid class available for them. It would have been so great if they could have been druids, it's not like they didn't offer options for them during Legion. But seems the new allied races won't offer any druids a chance. I would have love to change my troll to a Nightborne.

I'm wondering: if you got both achievements (storyline and reputation) on an ally character, will you be able to get unloking quests on a horde character ?

Completed all relevant achievements/questlines & not able to create Nightborne characters. Hopefully, it will work soon.

WAIT, WAIT AND WAIT! Im maining alliance and I dont have any 110 in horde yet. For the La tenuta di Thalyssra I need to go to Suramar, and its a horde race, so I have to get 110 horde cahr first?

I just couldn't resist making a macro like this...
This macro basically makes your character to say one of the famous quotes when you cast the racial spell.

So I go through all the requirements on my primary Alliance toon just to have to burn 110 level up on a Hordie (that I won't be playing) just to unlock the Horde race I want to play? *sigh*

In the introductory video for the allied races it said it needed the achievements "exalted with the Nightborne" and "a good suramatarian" and now it says "Insurrection"? I haven't played wow for like 3 months now, is this achievement fairly easy to complete or is it another pain in the butt?

Anyone see any damage simulations on where Nightborne fit in damage meters for casters with the extra bonus versus other races?

Can you use the new level boost on these new characters and can you race change into them? I don't want to get and waste another level boost like I had to with the last few expansions. I have every class on the horde of "fitting" race. Sick of all the blood elves so I want to change my mage into a nightborne.

I would ask on the wow forums but a sjw got me banned because of his mindlessness made me blow up and I stopped playing a ton of months ago so I can't ask ingame and this would be faster than GM ticket.

Just wanting to know before I waste money on an expansion and game time.

Never in 14 years have I wanted to play any of the existing horde races until Nightborne. I have everything unlocked on my Alliance main yet I cannot choose a Nightborne without first using my 110 boost on another horde character I will never play?

The same-faction level 110 character requirement amounts to a hidden requirement for unlocking these races.

If Blizzard wants players to do more cross-faction play, then they'll need to change how this works.

So I assume the champion named Syrenne is a Nightborne that your hunter rescues for their new champion they recruit on broken shore. My hunter is alliance, seems they would get a void elf to rescue.
