It's really sad to see that there is so much crying going on about the most inane and inconsequential issues. Any time Blizzard introduces a feature that is a quality of life improvement, people gripe about how it's not exactly what they expected - even though it may not have been designed to address the issue they are complaining about! The new legendary tokens were introduced so that people who have acquired all of their class legendaries will get SOMETHING, instead of nothing. They were NOT designed as an easy way for alt-catchup for the average player. It's fair if you are bemoaning the fact that alt legendary catch-ups are inadequate (they exist, in the form of Bad Luck Protection!) but there is no call to whine about the tokens which they introduced for a very specific category of players, NOT for altoholics. As far as RNG goes, I'm having a very difficult time empathising with the very vocal disgruntled users who have posted. When has any MMO not been about RNG? Having played every expansion except BC, I find myself enjoying the random Titanforges this expansion, it's a great feeling when it happens, and especially when doing content you didn't expect to get an upgrade from.In older tiers you may be doing the same boss over and over again hoping for a certain item... Once you got it, your incentive for doing the boss was much less. Now there's always a chance you can get something better... Why isn't that good? It puzzles me, and I would really appreciate some insight into that, instead of the oft repeated "RNG is bad, boohoo".
