Loramus Thalipedes was a demon hunter in Azshara in vanilla, and the Blasted Lands as of Cataclysm. He has a questline to defeat Razelikh, a dreadlord, and at the end of the Cataclysm version he absorbs Razelikh into his body and says he will wrestle with the demon "in the next world." We never found out what happened to him--until now!

Loramus Thalipedes is an NPC in the Terre Devastate who aids you via the quest Tu sei Rakh'likh, demone to eliminate Razelikh il Profanatore (a.k.a Rakh'likh), a lieutenant of Lord Kazzak.

During the encounter, Loramus sacrifices his body to trap the soul of Razelikh, as the Pugnale di Pietra del Sigillo is used on the transformed Loramus il Profanato.

Interestingly, Loramus appears in Legion as the Razelikh-possessed version of himself, and joins the Illidari on the Fel Hammer, a structure in the Demon Hunter starting zone. The Fel Hammer eventually becomes the Demon Hunter Order Hall.
Razelikh sometimes takes control and threatens the Illidari, but Loramus stays in prison to keep Razelikh from attacking the others (Source).

This puts some context around the description for this Order Hall mission: "The dead dreadlord, Razelikh the Defiler, has returned to the world. Strangely, he sometimes goes around killing other demons."
