Not sure why they're picking on poor Griftah. I've bought a Bacchetta Tikbalang Infallibile from him back in 2007 and it has worked perfectly for seven years now!

Using Qiana Lunascura / Olin Manto Ombroso will make the success rate 100%.

The Mission requires 10xRisorse per la Guarnigione to begin and you do not need to follow her or do anything other than wait for the Mission to complete. The Mission takes 30 minutes and you will be notified upon completion and receive Talismano del Rintracciamento del Vero Tesoro, 100 gold, and 500 experience when turning in the Mission at your Command Table.

I was given this mission, even though I do not have barracks. Completing it gave me Patrol Mission Specialist.

I was a bit shocked to see this mission pop after the 7.0 pre-patch. Could anyone else reading this confirm the same with some other more lucrative gold missions that haven't been nerfed into oblivion?

It's been a week now and across 13 garrisons I have yet to see any other gold missions. This one popped on two of my other toons. However, those Primal Spirit missions appear regularly on both the garrison and shipyard tables and turning in (25) of those for a Savage Blood can net you either 50 gold at the Trading Post or better at the AH. You can also buy Felblight for (25) if you strictly play the Auction game or need them.

Final Note: It took awhile, but the WoD treasure map missions are evidently still active; I just got the Spires of Arak one. These maps can be junked for 100 gold.

It awarded gold after 7.0 but as of now, in 7.1.5., the reward was changed to 100 garrison resources (the necklace for 8 gold is still the reward)
